Terrence J. Brannan Land Surveyor, Inc. was formed in July 1982, to meet the rising demand for professional land surveying services by municipalities, residential customers, and businesses. Terrence J. Brannan Land Surveyor, Inc. is conveniently located at 6910 West University Avenue, Gainesville, Florida. Our field operations regularly perform surveying services throughout the North, Central, and Southwest Florida areas. To better serve our clients, our surveying equipment and our computer/plotting equipment are evaluated frequently to assure that we are using state of the art technology. This periodic appraisal allows us to fulfill all responsibilities associated with each project. Many unique and varied design surveys have been produced for numerous engineering, land planning, and mapping projects. Our clients include government agencies, regional utilities, architectural firms, multi-disciplined engineering companies, Realtors, and homeowners. Due to the tremendous growth of North Florida, the staff of Terrence J. Brannan Land Surveyor, Inc has expanded to include a full complement of licensed surveyors, CAD operators, field crew, and administrative personnel.
